A MODERN MEDITERRANEAN AFFAIR

Chef and Culinary director at Gourmet Renaissance, Nidhi Behl had a grand love affair with gastronomy. She trained herself in the formal rules of French cuisine, and worked as a restaurant consultant. Heavily influenced by her travels to Saudi Arabia, where the food at the palaces wafted of modern Arabian Nights, she conceptualised Byblos Kitchen + Bar, which has a handcrafted menu that weaves in many surprises and a large patisserie spread. "We took the origins of Levant food, borrowed a little from the Africas and turned the cuisine on its head", she says. You will get an opportunity to taste and observe an exciting demo by the chef herself.
