ASIAN PARTY FAVOURITES BY HARSH SHODHAN

For the September Cooking Swapshop, we are joined by the well-known chef Harsh Shodhan. He comes from a family that has always been in the food business, and in 2013, founded The Gourmet Kitchen & Studio, an all-vegetarian high-end catering business, serving everyone from board functions, mehendis and marriages, children’s birthdays, and of course regular parties.    

Our theme this month is Asian Party Favourites and Harsh will prepare two crowd pleasers – Khao Suey and his famous Thai Ribbon Salad, together with popular accompaniments.  Harsh’s passion is to create innovative and delicious food by merging cuisines and flavours, with an elaborate presentation. We hope you will be inspired to recreate these dishes for your own parties!
