GLOBAL FOOD & WINE TRENDS IN 2016

Neha Roy Morarji is the founder and owner of ‘Feeding Your Appetite’- crafting healthy, ready to cook products, simplifying home cooking, while still producing flavourful and exotic meals.

In 2012, while pursuing her MBA at the University of Maryland, Neha created her food blog - Feeding Your Appetite (FYA). In 2014, her passion for food blossomed into an entrepreneurial venture with the launch of ready to cook food products. Her prior work experiences include Marketing roles at PepisCo (New York) and Grover Zampa Vineyards (India).

Her talk will focus on the current global food and wine trends. It will specifically be centerred around four broad categories - changes in dietary trends, impact of the digital age on the food industry, evolution of new trends in dining out, and developments in the wine industry.

Discover these global food trends, sampleing a few appetizers she will distribute and explain which wines should accompany them!
