Moshe Shek needs little introduction. India’s first signature restaurateur with a total of 13 outlets in Mumbai, Moshe made his professional debut in India with ‘Caterbility’ (a catering unit) in 1992.

He then moved to Israel and  London to gain more professional experience  at some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, before returning to India to help set up a number of restaurants including Athena and Basilico,

A few years ago, he ventured out on his own to establish one of Mumbai’s most  loved chains of restaurants and cafes.

Please join us today for an interesting and fun demonstration of some of Moshe’s cherished recipes.
