TENDER HANDS and TH BAKES 

Tender Hands is a registered charity working in efforts to combat human trafficking through awareness, advocacy and aid. They train young women who have been directly affected by human trafficking and teach them how to bake American style baked goods as a life skill and career. This is called ‘Learn to Bake’ training course. They also financially support 30 children who currently reside in various shelter homes, who have been either trafficked or were at the risk of being trafficked.

Tender Hands launched TH Bakes, which is a classic American style bakery hiring girls who have completed their “Learn to Bake’ training course.  

Bernie David co-founded Tender Hands with her Indian husband. She runs TH Bakes and has become well known throughout Mumbai for her amazingly creative and delicious cakes and cookies.

Come and hear about the work of Tender Hands and sample the products of the bakery.
