We have started the very important process of renewing the Indus directory. You are all going to receive a letter from Indus this month showing your details as they appear on our database. Please check them for accuracy. If we do not hear from you, your details will appear in the new directory as shown on the letter. If there are any changes to be made, please return this letter to Indus International by the 10th of January at the latest. Any corrections must be marked in red on the letter itself. If you wish to update your picture, please attach a new one to the form you will be returning.

Oman Trip

The trip to Oman leaves Mumbai on the 27th January for 5 nights and 6 days. The final payment has to be paid by the 20th December.

Xmas coffee morning

Anyone willing to contribute food to our X’mas Coffee morning or willing to help decorate should get in touch with the Vice-Presidents.

Registration for meetings

Please respect the allocated times for meeting registrations, especially if the registration is made by phone. If you have missed the registration deadline and still would like to register, the proper etiquette would be to SMS the chairlady in charge of the meeting to know if places are still available. Thank you for your understanding.

Call for hostesses

Indus needs homes to host its meetings. If you had not offered your house previously and would like to do so, please inform the vice-presidents or presidents. Catering should be no bar. Remember, only biscuits and tea/coffee are required. It is perfectly acceptable to use paper cups/napkins as well.

When offering your home, please mention how many people you are able to accommodate. Houses of every size are needed as meetings vary in attendance, we do however have a shortage of homes able to accommodate 50 people or more. If you have such a home, please consider being a hostess.

Any major event involves planning and coordination of several activities, and our Annual Event was no exception. In this context, I was fortunate in receiving spontaneous support from numerous members who volunteered their services. While it would be difficult to name each one individually, I take this opportunity to thank all of you for your contribution in the success of the recently concluded Annual Event. I also wish to thank both the Presidents for their support and guidance.
